Thanks to the incredible public mobilization that has been in full swing for the past four months, Supernova Coop could soon be taking off to fulfill its mission: placing the Cinema Nova into stable orbit. We’re close to our goal! But not quite yet… Read on for details.

The audiovisual collective Gogolplex, known for both its regional advertising and its science fiction films, has sent us this news report devoted to the splendours of Brussels city centre and one of its main tourist attractions: Nova Cinema!

We are sometimes asked by people who can’t afford to buy a 50 euro share, and by others who prefer not to be part of a cooperative: is it possible to make a donation to Supernova Coop? Yes, it is. The law allows a cooperative society to receive donations.

It’s not an agoraphobic compact crowd, nor is it a dematerialised anonymous crowd in cyberspace, but it’s a small crowd nonetheless… More than 2000 people according to the organisers, and for once the police aren’t revising the numbers downwards.
